Room Attendant (Housekeeper)The Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Center is looking for a friendly and dependable Room Attendant (Housekeeper) to join the Housekeeping team. Room Attendants are responsible for thoroughly cleaning and resetting the hotel guest rooms. If you are friendly, prefer to be on your feet and have high cleaning standards, this may be a great opportunity for you to join our team.Hourly rate for this position is $18/hour.Full Time Team Members are eligible for:Medical, dental, vision insurance401(k) with employer matchDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programLife insurancePaid vacation, sick and holidaysHilton Hotels discountsTeam Member ParkingDaily Team Member mealsQualifications:Must be able to move throughout the hotel to clean assigned hotel rooms daily, pushing a stocked Housekeeping cartBend and reach to dust, clean and make beds and bathroomStand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods.Talk to many different kinds of people to give information, answer questions and provide required services.Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and guest belongings that have been left behind.Must be able to read numbers and use written communication skills to mark completed rooms on daily paperwork.Move fingers, arms and hands quickly and easily to perform cleaning duties.Source: Driftwood Hospitality
