Customer Service Engineer 는 2차 전지 제조 공정에서 요구되는 설비 유지보수 및 문제 해결 업무를 수행하고 있습니다.
1. 주요업무
☆ Vision Customer Service Engineer
- 비전 설비의 유지보수 및 트러블 슈팅
- 품질 이슈에 대한 비전설비 정합성 검증
- 파라메터 최적화
- 고객 Needs 에 따른 운영 방향 조정
- 비전 시스템 구축
☆ Maintenance Customer Service Engineer
- 설비 유지보수 및 운영 최적화
- 고장 진단 및 문제 해결
- GTSO 및 문서화
- 안전 준수 및 위험 관리
- 협업 및 지속적인 개선
2. 자격요건
- 고졸 이상, 기계 · 전기 · 자동화 등 관련 전공 전문학사 이상
- 팀워크 및 문제 해결 능력 보유
3. 우대사항
- 2중 언어(영어/한국어) 우대
- 배터리 · 자동차 · 전자 제조업 경력자 우대
