Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive critical care services. The candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families about health management and treatment procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
