Role: Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Delivery Lead
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Location : Remote

Serve as the technical lead responsible for the end-to-end delivery administration and optimization of Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions including Active Directory Azure Active Directory Exchange Online Microsoft Teams Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms within highly secure environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan execute and support IT transformation initiatives spanning multiple Microsoft 365 tenants and cloud ecosystems. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project architectures technical requirements and implementation roadmaps while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and delivering enterprise Microsoft infrastructure and cloud projects from planning through implementation.
• Providing technical oversight and ensuring the quality completeness and accuracy of project deliverables produced by team members.
• Partnering with technical leads to create and maintain project documentation architectural designs implementation plans and knowledge transfer materials.
• Working closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project schedules resource requirements and delivery milestones.
• Coordinating activities across internal and external workstreams to identify dependencies mitigate risks and ensure seamless integrations.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates on task completion risks issues and overall status.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships by managing communications expectations escalations and executive-level reporting.
• Driving best practices governance standards and continuous improvement across cloud and collaboration technologies.

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT industry experience including large-scale enterprise infrastructure programs.
• Active Secret Security Clearance (or higher) is required.

Technical Expertise

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing and supporting:
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
  • Microsoft Exchange/Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments
• Strong experience working within secure Federal State or Government-regulated environments.
• Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure tenant migrations identity management messaging systems and collaboration platforms.

Leadership & Project Management

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex global technology deployment and transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability in managing technical teams prioritizing workloads identifying risks and driving successful project outcomes.
• Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Previous people-management or team-lead experience is highly desirable.

Professional Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to engage clients and provide strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in fast-paced dynamic environments while managing competing priorities.
• Exceptional documentation skills including the development of solution designs architecture diagrams (Visio) operational procedures and end-user documentation.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications particularly PowerPoint Word Excel and Visio.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on process improvement and best-practice implementation.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environments and cloud migration projects.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with executive stakeholders and client leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of security compliance and governance frameworks within Microsoft cloud ecosystems.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $75 - $80/- per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
