Sales Operations Onboarding Analyst

Becton Dickinson seeks a Sales Operations Onboarding Analyst to coordinate new hire readiness, onboarding, and offboarding activities for the U.S. sales team. The role ensures timely system access, equipment provisioning, and credentialing while partnering across HR, IT, and business units to minimize field readiness delays.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding readiness for new hires, transfers, and terminations across sales and service teams
- Monitor system access, equipment, training, and credentialing milestones to identify gaps early and escalate blockers
- Manage Salesforce cases, track SLA status, and identify process improvement opportunities to reduce recurring issues
- Communicate readiness status and risks to managers, new hires, HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support New Hire Orientation success through pre-Day 1 coordination and Day 1 check-ins to confirm all systems are operational
Requirements
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail
- Proactive communication and ability to escalate issues promptly and appropriately
- Experience with onboarding, operations, or cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, and case management systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently
