Do you switch effortlessly between MIG, TIG, and Stick? Can you read a blueprint and immediately see the sequence of welds? Join us as a Multimetal Welding Technician and help craft high-quality products in a team environment where your expertise matters.
The Challenge- Tackle welds on steel, aluminum, and stainless with accuracy and consistency.
- Translate blueprints, drawings, and specs into clean, reliable welds.
- Configure welding machines and equipment to match each job’s needs.
- Verify weld quality and conformance through careful inspection.
- Maintain a safe, orderly workstation and follow all safety practices.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates to refine processes and efficiency.
- Diagnose and help resolve welding-related issues as they arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent; welding trade training preferred.
- Demonstrated welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
- Strong blueprint/technical document comprehension.
- Keen eye for detail and a dedication to quality workmanship.
- Collaborative problem-solver who contributes positively to the team.
- Welding certification is beneficial.
