Description

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals including nurses, physicians, and case managers to optimize patient outcomes.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited educational institution.

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred CPR certification
