Maintenance Technician - Hospitality

Ensures that work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally. Completes diagnoses and repairs in the areas of HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, pool equipment, carpentry, dry wall, exterior of building and grounds. Schedules, monitors and performs preventative maintenance on all building equipment. Ensures all unit turnovers are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests to promote a quality living experience for all guests. Provides on-call services when scheduled to perform emergency maintenance work. Oversees contractor work for proper completeness. Communicates with supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property. Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws. Performs other duties as assigned. What You Bring. High school diploma/GED. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft office, etc.) Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. Must have a flexible schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must work well in a team environment. 2 years of building maintenance or experience in a related field preferred. HCAV, Appliance, or Electrical certifications preferred.
