Manufacturing Associate (Yard Tractor Operator)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tractor Driver to operate manual and standard tractors within our trailer manufacturing warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hauling trailers to designated locations, ensuring safe transport within the yard and to delivery points, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Be reliable, punctual, and ready to work as scheduled
Safely operate manual and standard tractors
Haul trailers to designated locations within the yard or assigned destinations
Move finished trailers from production to storage or loading areas
Position trailers for loading, unloading, or shipping
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues
Follow all safety regulations and yard traffic procedures
Assist warehouse team when needed

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
Experience backing and maneuvering trailers in tight spaces
Basic mechanical knowledge
