Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN

• Deliver nursing care to elderly patients with various diagnoses
• Operate within a post-acute care environment
• Document patient information accurately using Point Click Care (PCC)
• Participate in a rotating schedule of weekends and holidays

Requirements of the LPN/LVN

• BLS Certification
• Valid LPN/LVN license in South Dakota
