Offices: North Babylon, Massapequa, Coram, Plainview, Levittown

Compensation: 25% of Profits ( K1 Model - Must have patient following)

Schedule: Flexible / Make Your Own Hours

Are you an experienced Internal Medicine NP tired of high-volume metrics and rigid schedules? Heart and Health Medical offers a Turn-key practice management solution. We are looking for local practitioners-specifically those seeking a transition or looking for more stability-to join us as partners.

Be Your Own Boss: You set your own schedule with Full Time or Part Time options and No on call requirements.
Transparent Earnings: Operate on a K1 tax structure and take home 25% of profits from services billed .
Note: This includes revenue sharing on lab testing and services.
Focus on Care, Not Paperwork: We handle the "business" side of medicine. You get full back-office support including IT infrastructure, payroll administration, vendor management, and contracting.
Benefits: You retain personal choice of medical insurance and a flexible pension plan. You also benefit from low malpractice premiums and tax incentives.

Requirements:

Licensure: NYS RN & NP license, BLS, and Board Certification.
Education: BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
Specialization: Must be trained in Internal Medicine.
Experience: Must have clinical experience; we are not considering new graduates.
Location: Preference for candidates based in Long Island with an established patient following or those retiring from private practice.
