Marketing CoordinatorTopaz HR is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to help bring ideas to life across digital and print channels. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with about a year of experience who enjoys creating content, experimenting with new ideas, and owning projects from concept to execution.If you're the type of person who hears "we have an idea…" and immediately starts thinking about visuals, captions, and how to make it real, you'll fit right in.Location: West Orange, NJ Report To: CEO/COO Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Onsite Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 USD/AnnuallyWhat You'll Be DoingCreate, schedule, and manage content across social media platformsDesign marketing materials including graphics, flyers, and digital assetsDevelop and edit short-form video content for social and promotional useCollaborate with internal teams to execute marketing ideas and campaignsMaintain brand consistency across all content and channelsSupport ongoing marketing initiatives and content calendarsMonitor trends and suggest new content ideas to increase engagementWhat You BringApproximately 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related fieldStrong design skills with an eye for layout, branding, and detailExperience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similarBasic video editing experience (Reels, TikTok, short-form content)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and a collaborative approachSelf-starter with the ability to take initiative and execute independentlyPortfolio required (must include examples of social media, design, and/or video work)Bonus PointsExperience managing business or brand social media accountsFamiliarity with social media scheduling toolsBasic photography or videography experienceCompensation The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today's market.
