Pay: Starting from $28.00 (Based on experience) and $3.00 2nd and 3rd shift differentials Job Types: 12-hour and 8-hour shifts Part-Time, Full-Time and PRN (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a, 7a-7p, 7p-7a) Hiring All Shifts Flexible Schedules Competitive Pay Responsibilities Know and Support Unit and Facility Philosophy, Standards, Policies and Procedures Provide Direct Care to Residents Coordinate, Supervise and Evaluate Resident Care Assist with Safety Assurance for Residents and Nursing Staff Communicate with Nursing and Other Departments and Service Providers Exhibit Positive Professional Image to Residents, Visitors, and Facility Staff Perform Related Tasks as Required Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Customer Service - Respond to requests for service and assistance. Interpersonal Skills - Maintain confidentiality. Written Communication - Edit work for spelling and grammar. Professionalism - Approach others in a tactful manner. Attendance/Punctuality - Ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent. Qualifications Education : Graduate from accredited or state approved school of nursing Licensure/Certification: Valid Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR, in good standing Experience: Prefer one year geriatric or clinical nursing experience
