Your work directly supports our mission by providing exceptional care while honoring each resident's independence, choice, and story. * -- What You'll Do * Provide personal care and emotional support in accordance with each resident's individual care plan * Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication reminders * Respond promptly to resident needs and calls-day or night * Build relationships with residents and families based on trust and compassion * Escort residents to meals and activities, and encourage social engagement * Observe and report any changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition to wellness leadership * Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with resident care policies * Assist with dining service, light housekeeping, laundry, and other daily comforts * Uphold resident rights, dignity, independence, and safety at all times * -- Why You'll Love It Here At Legacy Senior Living, we cultivate a team-first environment where your efforts are recognized and rewarded. Qualifications * Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification * Experience in the care giving to older adults preferred * Ability to read, write, and speak English * Desire to work with older adults * Friendly, caring disposition Knowledge Requirements * Any required resident care training
