Position Overview

• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic images are produced
• Utilize and maintain ultrasound equipment, alerting the appropriate personnel to any malfunctions
• Document processes accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records within the electronic medical system

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
