Compensation, Perks & Benefits:

• Total potential 1st year earnings of $180,000+
• Guaranteed base salary of $145,000/year.
• 20% production with no negative accrual in your first year.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid upfront upon signing to assist with moving costs
• $1,500 CE allowance
• Paid professional dues & licenses
• 401(k) with 4% employer match
• 2 weeks paid vacation
• Flexible schedule — 40-hour work week
