Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHiring experienced CDL-A drivers on a dedicated fleet out of St. George, UT. Drivers on this Family Dollar account haul dry freight within a multi-state area. This position is ideal for drivers wanting to do more than drive and stay active.Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience requiredThis lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.Lane Details:Dedicated account with Family Dollar hauling all dry freight to customer locations throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregan, Utah, Washington and WyomingAverage 1,700 miles, 2 loads per week, and 3 stops per loadStart time is 6AM with up to 14 hour shiftHome Time: Weekly 34-hour reset. Drivers living in Las Vegas will be out 2 weeks at a time followed by 3 days homeUnload the trailer using rollers (requires climbing in and out of the trailer as necessary)Days off vary based on freight demand, but will fall during the weekdays in most instancesTop-of-the-line, tandem-axle, sleeper trucks pulling 53-ft dry van trailersAccessorial Pay Details:Layover 24 hours - $200 per dayBreakdown 24 hours - $200 per dayTraining/Retraining Pay - $200 per dayBackhaul Pickup - $25 per loadSt George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for DunnageMentor Pay - $50 per day - $250 per weekMentor Road Test - $50 per road testClean DOT Inspection - $25Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% WeeklyDriver Requirements:Valid Class A CDL21 Years of age or older3 months or more of recent CDL-A experienceBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life and AD&D InsurancePTO401(k)Additional voluntary benefitsFor additional details, including eligibility, please see the Company’s Benefit Summary and Driver Employee Policy Manual.Weekly and yearly pay estimates are based on 1+ years of experience.
