Infusion RN

Infusion RN at Providence Health & Services provides direct nursing care and case management for patients receiving infusion therapy in home, clinic or alternate living settings. The role involves coordinating with healthcare teams, acting as a resource for home care nursing staff, performing after‑hours triage and ensuring quality patient care. Nursing licensure is required, with experience in critical care, oncology or home infusion preferred. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or alternate living site. Collaborate and coordinate with patients, caregivers, physicians, other health care providers and payers. Serve as a professional role model demonstrating competency throughout the nursing process. Act as the primary communication link during off hours, providing triage to patients and families. Act as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs. Promote quality patient care in collaboration with other health care workers. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License and licensure in all states where care is delivered. Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care, oncology or home infusion.
