Step into a hands-on role where you will help keep a busy apartment community running smoothly. You'll complete essential repairs, support unit readiness, and ensure residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained home.

Job Description

• To complete work orders, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• To assist with unit turns and prepare apartments for move-in
• To troubleshoot and repair basic appliance issues
• To maintain common areas and support property upkeep
• To ensure all maintenance tasks meet safety and quality standards

Required Skills

• Experience in apartment or property maintenance
• Ability to perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and time-management skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Must have own tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multifamily communities
• Familiarity with make-ready processes
