Fashion and Marketing Copywriter Internship Hasana, Inc. is an accessible luxury brand. The spirit of the collection features high-end men's and women's clothing ranging from contemporary to classic. Each item is purchased directly from the brand. We are seeking talented students in the Chicago Loop area for a variety of spring internship positions. This unpaid internship offers job training, mentorship, and exposure to all aspects of the fashion culture that is conducive to positive results. As a Fashion Marketing Copywriter Intern for Hasana, Inc., you will have a variety of responsibilities throughout the semester. Our creative team looks for bright and innovative interns to contribute to Hasana's marketing activities from online advertising to emails, as well as to generate fashion copy for the website and weekly online magazine. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for product page editorial Generate engaging product copy and editor's notes Review and edit all product page copy prior to going live Ensure quality is maintained in a Hasana, Inc. style and enhanced to strengthen brand language Weekly marketing emails, automated and ad-hoc email campaigns Contribute ideas and write copy for our online magazine Advertising rate cards, introduction to the "Look Book" Copy for promotional activities such as sweepstakes, magazine promotions, etc. Search engine advertising copy for ads appearing on Google/Yahoo/MSN Update various email templates for both customer and business communications Non-editorial site copy – terms & conditions, shipping policies, marketing messages, etc. for the Hasana, Inc. site Qualifications A passion for women's economic opportunities Full or part-time student, working toward a degree Eligible to receive school credit and commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 months Experience with internet/interactive copywriting within the fashion, editorial or related industry Excellent command of the English language Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously Understanding of the online interactive experience Ability to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities Desire to develop magazine/editorial experience Integrity, honesty, openness, and willingness to operate as a team player All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
