We are looking for high-level Office Manager with a strong sales mindset to lead from the front & drive production!

This is not a back-office role --this a a sales-first leadership position responsible for writing business, managing daily operations & setting the tone for performance.

Allstate experience preferred.

Proven insurance sales experience at a high level

Ability to consistently produce and close business

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
