Innovative & Creative Approach to Problem SolvingExcellent Communication SkillsAbility and desire to work in an iterative development model which emphasizes speed and proactive decision makingEffective collaboration with all stakeholders (business, Program Managers, BAs, Dev, Archs, Sr. Tech, and QAs) in the Testing ProcessWork with the project, tracks, and QA team members to define testing strategy, test plans and automation requirementsRequirements:Overall 2-3 years of experience in the QA space2+ yrs experience creating Test Strategy, Test plans for large enterprise products and large system test teams2+ years of hands on experience testing 1 + years of Financial Services Domain experience is necessaryExposure / Understanding of Advisor's and Investment Banking concepts is necessaryAutomation testing experience is good to haveBasic Qualifications3-5 years of ETL/EDW Testing experienceThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
