We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient neuro/ortho care. Responsibilities Include Evaluating and treating adults with neurologic and orthopedic conditions Applying evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and gait/balance training Developing individualized care plans Documenting in the EMR Collaborating with physicians, occupational therapists, and team members Qualifications And Skills Knowledge of neurologic and orthopedic rehabilitation Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care This role offers opportunities for mentorship, specialty training, and involvement in quality improvement and research initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
