As we continue to expand our electrophysiology services throughout Broward County, we are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established, physician-led team. This role will support our Fort Lauderdale and Plantation clinics and affiliated hospitals, providing a mix of outpatient and inpatient electrophysiology care. It is an excellent opportunity for an APP with a cardiology background to develop specialized EP expertise and grow their career with an expanding cardiovascular practice.

Job Highlights

• Full-time electrophysiology position

• Monday–Friday schedule

• Approximately one weekend of call per month

• Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital care

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias and other cardiovascular conditions

• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits

• Perform hospital rounds and assist with cardiovascular consultations

• Review EKGs, cardiac imaging, laboratory studies, and other diagnostic testing

• Manage cardiovascular medications and treatment plans in collaboration with physicians

• Provide patient education and ongoing care coordination

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Active Florida license or ability to obtain one before starting

• Cardiology experience preferred

• Electrophysiology experience is a plus

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
