Social Media Content Creator

Sports & Ortho Physical Therapy is a family-owned physical therapy practice with 10 hands-on clinics across the greater Chicago area. Founded in 2003, we're built around real one-on-one care — hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, together, treating the whole kinetic chain rather than just the spot that hurts. We're not a corporate chain; decisions are made by clinicians, not shareholders. Sports & Ortho is committed to delivering physical therapy the way it should be: patient-centered, thorough, and tailored to the person in front of us. Role Description This is a part-time (20 hrs/week), fluid on-site Social Media Content Creator role covering all 10 Sports & Ortho clinics across Chicago — there's no single home base. You'll develop, plan, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn that shows what actually happens inside our clinics. Day to day, that means brainstorming and scripting ideas, shooting and editing photo/video on-site with therapists and patients (with consent), writing captions that match our brand voice, and keeping a consistent posting calendar. You'll also track engagement metrics, respond to comments/messages, and coordinate with clinic leadership on campaigns tied to openings, promotions, and community events. Pay is $19/hour; start date is ASAP. Qualifications Strong short-form video, photography, and basic graphic design skills using common tools (CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) Experience managing social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) — scheduling, community engagement, and basic analytics tracking Clear, warm, professional writing and editing ability suited to healthcare/patient-facing communication Comfortable filming in a real clinical environment with patients and staff who aren't professional talent, and willing to follow privacy/consent (HIPAA) guidelines Self-directed — able to plan a content calendar and work independently across multiple locations without close supervision A portfolio or reel of content you've actually shot and edited matters more than a specific degree Bonus: healthcare, fitness, sports, or wellness background; experience with paid social #J-18808-Ljbffr Sports & Ortho Physical Therapy
