Responsibilities Represent the company in a friendly and professional manner. Communicate information about products, services, and promotional opportunities. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and community members. Identify customer needs and provide helpful information or solutions. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Participate in promotional events and community activities. Assist with organizing promotional materials and outreach resources. Support customer follow-ups and relationship-building efforts. Maintain organized records of outreach and customer interactions. Communicate customer feedback and relevant observations to team members. Collaborate with team members to achieve communication and business goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong relationship-building abilities. Comfortable interacting with customers and community members. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous public relations, communications, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, promotions, or event experience is a plus but not required.
