• School-based or pediatric experience welcomed, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support students and collaborate with school staff
• Ability to provide both direct intervention and indirect consultative services
• Commitment to ethical, student-centered therapy practices

What you'll do:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct assessments and contribute to evaluation reports
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop communicative strategies for students
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed, focusing on your caseload only
