You'll:Plan and direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, shipping, and handling returns.Schedule and coordinate labor effectively to meet business goals.Ensure SOPs and customer instructions are followed to the letter.Lead, motivate, and support your team, fostering a productive and positive work environment.Maintain accurate inventory and oversee the use of equipment and space.Interface with customers to ensure requests are handled quickly and professionally.Promote safety, organization, and cleanliness throughout the warehouse.What We ValueWe don't just move boxes—we move with purpose.
