Event Coordinator

Lafayette, IN We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and highly organized Corporate Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, customer meetings, and internal gatherings. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in social environments, enjoys hosting, and is excited to travel nationwide to represent the organization. Key Responsibilities Event Planning — Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, customer meetings, and internal gatherings. Event Lifecycle Management — Own logistics, setup, execution, and teardown for all events. On‑Site Leadership — Travel to events, coordinate activities, and serve as the primary on‑site leader. Brand Experience — Deliver engaging event experiences that reflect organizational culture and brand. Vendor & Venue Coordination — Manage venues, vendors, equipment, catering, and event materials. Budget & Timeline Oversight — Maintain event budgets, schedules, and timelines. Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work closely with Customer Solutions, Marketing, and Leadership to support event goals. Event Setup & Breakdown — Ensure displays, materials, and equipment are properly arranged. Problem‑Solving — Address challenges quickly while maintaining professionalism. Event Evaluation — Assess event performance and recommend improvements. What You Bring Outgoing, personable communication style Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities Exceptional organization and multitasking Comfort working in fast‑paced environments Experience in corporate events, trade shows, or hospitality Willingness to travel frequently Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, communications, or related field Ability to lift and move event materials Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, communications, public relations, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of corporate event coordination experience.
