The ideal candidate must be creative, energetic, and have knowledge of the domains of wellness as it relates to programming in long term care. Your goal would be to provide daily meaningful activities that enhance the quality of life for our residents.Position Highlights:Developing and implementing a well-rounded wellness program for Long Term Care, Memory Care or Rehab patients as assigned with some holiday availabilityTimely completion of assessments, care plans and associated paperworkEnsuring that all local, State and Federal guidelines regarding programming are metBringing the "fun"Other duties as assignedQualifications: - Must be self-motivated, creative with positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm - Must be able to work with family members. partners, and the community - Must have High School Diploma or GED - Must have weekend/ holiday availabilityJob Type: Full TimeHours: M-F 8:30a-4:30p; Weekend Availability RequiredWhy NHC?
