Why Falk School?

At Falk School, our mission is to provide a supportive, transformational learning community. We believe every student deserves a learning environment where they feel valued, challenged, and empowered to succeed.

Founded in 1986, Falk School serves students ages 5–21 across four Western New York campuses through highly structured classrooms and individualized educational supports. As an affiliate of Child & Family Services, we are committed to helping students build the academic, behavioral, and life skills needed to thrive.

Our classrooms are intentionally small—typically six students supported by one teacher and one teacher aide—allowing staff to build meaningful relationships with students and provide individualized support throughout the school day.

As a Substitute Teacher Aide, you'll step into classrooms where additional coverage is needed and work alongside teachers and other school staff to maintain consistency, structure, and student support.
