This programming staff position entails supporting and supervising our clients, and working alongside in providing support service to the clinical team treating our adolescent clients who have mental health and substance use issues. Duties Escort clients to/from various appointments and sessions. Assist with activities and engage with clients as they progress through their recovery. Assist counselors and therapeutic team. Document relevant information regarding the client’s activities. Facilitate UA's. Observe and record patient behavior. Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients. Administer and record client medications. Help with daily living activities. Counselor Assistant must Have a clean and valid driver’s license. Pass a background check.
