Requirements: Current Florida Sales Associate, Broker, or Broker Associate license (or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment). Bachelor's degree in business (preferred) or related field experience. Proficiency in property research, analysis, and evaluation. Competency in financial aspects of property analysis and underwriting. Exceptional communication skills for consulting clients on real estate investment strategies.
