Clinical Hematologist/Oncologist

Seeking a full-time clinical Hematologist/Oncologist. High caliber, quality-focused, innovative physicians are encouraged to apply. The role involves performing full-spectrum hematology and oncology patient care, including new patient referrals, active treatment, and follow-up care. The provider will coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive experience for patients, families, and staff. Responsibilities include going between two facilities. The position is part of a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary oncology service line with access to various subspecialties, including Radiation Oncology, Neuro Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, Breast, Thoracic, and Colorectal surgery. The candidate will benefit from an expansive cancer network serving the region with an extensive primary care referral network for robust patient support. The role includes a full complement of ancillary support staff and programs, such as Advanced Practice Providers, infusion services, care management, social work, nurse navigation, and nurse triage. There will also be opportunities for involvement in research and clinical trials, laboratory and pharmacy services, genetics, and financial counseling.
