As a Retail Team Member at Kilwins, you’ll play an essential role in delivering the signature Kilwins experience to every Guest. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting Guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. - Providing information about our hand-crafted chocolates, fudge, and ice cream. - Preparing and serving delicious treats with care and precision. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store to ensure a delightful shopping environment. - Handling transactions accurately and efficiently at the register. - Contributing to a positive and fun team atmosphere.
