Jimmy John's is seeking a Manager-In-Training (MIT) to develop leadership skills and grow within The Natelli Group Family. This role targets a fast-paced environment where strong procedures and long-term career growth are valued. You will gain hands-on experience in menu mastery, shift leadership, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory control while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
