About the Role Operate a truck equipped with a concrete pump, including setting up the machinery and directing the boom for precise concrete output. Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to customer job sites. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure operational reliability. Assemble and operate the concrete pump, maintaining safety standards throughout the delivery process. Conduct hazard assessments to ensure a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating strong customer service skills. What We Offer Competitive Pay: Starting wages based on experience. What We’re Looking For A valid Class B CDL with an air brake endorsement is required. Basic understanding of mechanical systems is preferred. Energetic, customer‑focused, and dependable with strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities. Flexible and willing to adapt to longer days and occasional weekends. Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions and with PPE. Willingness to undergo pre‑employment background check, drug screening, and medical exam.
