Experienced Project Management Specialist

Position Overview The Boeing Company, through Boeing Global Services (BGS), invites an Experienced Project Manager (Level 3) to join the BGS SM Functional Excellence team in Dallas, TX. The role partners with process owners and business partners to continuously improve supply chain functions in planning, buying, warehousing, logistics, and business integration, targeting operational excellence, compliance, data quality, and process redesign. Position Responsibilities Lead Supply Chain Lean and Continuous Improvement projects. Participate and assist in projects aimed at operational excellence, process optimization and standardization. Collaborate with process owners and cross-functional teams to document requirements and program manage projects to completion. Utilize industry‑standard methodologies such as Project Management, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile to support process improvement initiatives. Leverage data analytics to enhance the entire Functional Excellence team. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 3+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, Program Management, or Project Management. 3+ years of experience using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SmartSheet. 3+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership and internal or external customers. 3+ years of teaching or mentoring others. Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and concisely. Independently manage multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects. Experience with risk identification and mitigation plans. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Bachelor's degree or higher. Self‑starter who can identify opportunities and drive initiatives. Experience participating in project analysis across multiple functions and business units. Export Control Requirements This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
