This includes supporting, managing, and monitoring the content development, integration and execution for all sales related content. The Clinical Sales Trainer will complete clinical competency check-off for clinicians within the sales organization and will be responsible, in conjunction with sales training management, for delivering sales onboarding programs and sales continued learning programs. They will assist in the implementation of sales training materials, including training manuals, online training materials, virtual programming, and workshops. This role will complete all training as needed for sales team members. Will be fully engaged with sales training leadership and sales team members to ensure training aligns to meet/exceed sales growth objectives, revenue targets and start goals.Job Description:Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of all Option Care Health sales team members and sales leadership.Complete clinical competencies for clinicians in the sales organizationWork collaboratively with subject matter experts to develop sales training content in line with commercial growth goals and employee needs.
