Insight Global is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead a growing portfolio of emerging customers within a rapidly expanding Data Center Solutions organization.

This role offers a unique opportunity to help scale the next generation of customer programs while building and developing a high-performing Program Management team. The Director will partner closely with commercial, operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders to ensure successful execution of complex, customized customer solutions.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of Program Management, Project Management, PMO Leadership, Operations, or Manufacturing Leadership experience.

Prior people leadership experience, including direct management of individuals or teams.

Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or engineered product environments.

Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Experience working closely with manufacturing operations and production teams.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Data Center Infrastructure experience.

Data Center Cooling or Electrical Infrastructure experience.

Aerospace & Defense experience.

Industrial Automation experience.

Engineered-to-Order manufacturing experience.

Build-to-Order manufacturing experience.

Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.

Experience scaling teams, programs, or customer portfolios during periods of rapid growth.
