About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to join their mission-driven team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and forward-thinking leader with a continuous improvement mindset, highly accountable, and empowering. This role is pivotal in partnering with the Founder to execute key priorities, oversee day-to-day operations, and lead the development of a strong leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening collaboration across various teams, identifying and implementing operational improvements, and optimizing business systems to ensure the organization operates at its highest level. A strong background in operations leadership, particularly within a professional services organization, is essential, with a preference for those who have experience in a founder-led or entrepreneurial setting. Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of progressive operations leadership experience and a proven track record of improving business operations to support growth. The role requires a leader who is mission-driven, service-oriented, and capable of making a lasting impact. Key qualifications include experience in HR operations, and compliance, and a background in the military or veteran community is highly valued. The successful candidate will be expected to lead significant operational initiatives, enhance organizational performance, and build a scalable operational foundation. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or Master's degree, and additional certifications such as PMP are desired. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication, judgment, and a strong focus on well-being.
