We are looking for an individual who is ready to make a difference by supporting and driving safety initiatives and implementation of our safety management system.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing, supporting, and maintaining our Safety Management SystemParticipate in facility safety auditsCreate audit checklist criteria for the siteImplement corporate safety programs, policies, and proceduresProvide technical guidance on OSHA compliance and industry safety standardsDevelop and coordinate safety trainingProvide monthly safety performance and trending reportsSupport site EHS leads as neededDevelop ergonomic and safety evaluation tools, guidance, and checklistsDevelop training and lead new employee orientationEducation and Experience RequirementsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Safety, Safety/Industrial Systems preferred2-3 years minimum of supporting safety in manufacturingHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Power PointAbility to work well with people in various levels of the organizationStrong written and verbal skillsMilwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
