Position: Call Center Representative

Responsibilities:

• Engage with homeowners, build rapport, and identify their home improvement need
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for window and roofing

Required Skills:

• Exceptional client and database management skills-ability to develop and schedule appointments and manage lead database
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners over the phone
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Strong business development, lead generation, and relationship-building abilities
• Flexible availability to work various shifts during the week including some weekends

Experience:

• At least 3 years experience in a phone-based role.
• A proven track record in an outbound, lead generation sales environment a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
