Craftsmen Contractors está contratando electricistas oficiales (Journeyman) con experiencia en el sector comercial para proyectos en el área de Orlando, Florida. El horario de trabajo es de lunes a viernes, generalmente comenzando a las 7:00 am. Estos proyectos tendrán una duración de varios meses. Es posible que haya disponibilidad de horas extras.
Pago para los electricistas: $30 - $32 por hora dependiendo de la experiencia
Pago semanal.
El electricista realiza la instalación, el mantenimiento y la reparación de sistemas eléctricos en proyectos de construcción comercial nueva. Este puesto se desempeña bajo la supervisión de un capataz eléctrico y asegura que todo el trabajo eléctrico cumpla con las especificaciones del proyecto y los requisitos normativos. Tareas del trabajo
- Diagnosticar y reparar sistemas y componentes eléctricos.
- Instalar tuberías (conduit), cableado, paneles, iluminación y dispositivos eléctricos según los planos y las especificaciones.
- Asegurar que todo el trabajo cumpla con el NEC (Código Eléctrico Nacional) y los códigos de construcción locales.
- Probar los sistemas eléctricos utilizando las herramientas y equipos adecuados.
- Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro.
- Asistir al con el cálculo de materiales y la distribución (layout) según sea necesario.
- Guiar y apoyar a los aprendices en el desarrollo de sus habilidades.
Requisitos:
- Se requieren más de 4 años de experiencia en trabajos eléctricos comerciales para los electricistas
- Se prefiere contar con una licencia vigente de Electricista Oficial (Journeyman) en Florida o su equivalente.
- Sólido conocimiento del NEC y de las prácticas de instalación comercial.
- Experiencia de leer y entender los planos y diagramas eléctricos.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente o como parte de un equipo.
- Debe tener las herramientas básicas de mano para trabajar en proyectos de electricidad y equipo (casco, guantes, gafas, botas de dedos de acero y un chaleco o playera visible de seguridad de protección) para trabajar en un sitio de construcción.
- Se prefiere contar con la certificación OSHA 10.
- Debe poseer una licencia de conducir válida y contar con transporte confiable.
