Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time
Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center
Andover, MA
$45–$48/hour

Post Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, helping them improve independence and participation in daily activities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, balance, coordination, cognition, and safety awareness
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to support resident independence
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care
• Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
