Visit us at packaging.toppan.com Summary Description: While reporting to the Supervisor, as a Skilled Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating all manufacturing equipment. Safety, quality, productivity and strong work ethic are important to the Toppan culture. Location: Chillicothe, MO Position: Machine Operator Hours: Night Shift | 7:00 pm – 7:00 am ($2.00 shift differential) Rate: $21.37 - $22.29 based on experience What you’ll be doing: Responsible for the proper operation of the extrusion/thermoforming line. Must have knowledge of plant processing equipment and have an aptitude for problem solving. Must be able to properly set-up, start up, operate and shut down all production equipment. Will troubleshoot and correct processing problems. Record and share information with other team members to maintain quality and machine efficiency. Perform quality audits. Relieve inspector/packers. Coordinate line requirements with other departments (Maintenance, Material Handling, and QA).
