Responsibilities:

Create persuasive and high-impact content: ideate and produce strategic copy for multiple formats —social media, video, email, newsletters, messaging, and push notifications— ensuring that each piece meets a clear business objective.

Personalize communication at scale: adapt messages according to the behavior, preferences, and stage of the customer's lifecycle, maximizing the relevance and impact of each interaction.

Lead collaboration with design: work hand in hand with the creative team to ensure coherence between message and image, elevating the narrative and visual quality of each campaign.

Optimize through experimentation: design and execute A/B tests on tone, style, and CTA, using the results to iterate and continuously improve the effectiveness of the content.

Custodian of the brand voice: ensure that all content consistently reflects the brand's tone, personality, and values, guaranteeing a unified experience at all touchpoints.

Translate data into strategy: analyze key performance metrics and translate findings into actionable reports and recommendations that optimize communication strategies.

Contribute to the content strategy: actively participate in the definition of the communication and content strategy, bringing an editorial vision that goes beyond tactical execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Linguistics, Literature, or Communication.

Mastery of copy frameworks (AIDA, PAS, StoryBrand, etc.)

Adaptable writing to different brand tones and buyer personas.

Knowledge of UX writing / microcopy (for push notifications, CTAs, forms).

Skills:

Originality and creativity.

Oral and written communication.

Versatile writing.

Research and analytical capacity.

Desirable:

Experience with eCommerce or Startups.

Experience with digital products located in different countries.
