In the Client Operations Support role you will:

 

• Assist with daily operational activities, ensuring transactions, client requests, and account-related processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, investigate discrepancies, and support the smooth execution of financial operations.
• Provide hands-on exposure to trade processing, reconciliations, reporting, and client servicing while developing a strong understanding of operational and regulatory procedures.

 

 

This is a full-time, temp to permanent opportunity.

Schedule 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This is a hybrid role, you will be in office 3 days a week.

 

 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with brokers, clients, and cross-functional internal teams in a professional and timely manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience identifying, investigating, and resolving trade, settlement, or reconciliation breaks.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced financial services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor aging exceptions, escalate issues appropriately, and drive resolution to minimize risk exposure.
• Proficient in working with financial systems, spreadsheets, and operational reporting tools to support daily workflow management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
• Understanding margin regulations, settlement processes, and risk management principles within capital markets or brokerage operations.

 

Pay Rate: $20.00 to 22.00 PER HOUR.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
