Smith Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for consistent freight and flexible scheduling options. Haul direct customer freight with no broker loads while enjoying industry-leading equipment and strong driver support.

• Annual gross pay: $55,000 – $85,000
• Multiple home time options available
• Choose your pay & schedule:
• $0.55 CPM – Home weekends (48 hours)
• $0.60 CPM – Weekday home time
• $0.65 CPM – 12 days out / 48 hours home
• $0.65 CPM – 21 days out / 7 days home
• Mostly drop & hook freight
• No NYC freight
• No broker freight
• Passenger policy from Day 1
• Per diem pay

• Terminals located in PA, VA, NC, GA, TN, & OH

Requirements

• Age 21+
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year recent CDL-A OTR experience
• Safe parking location for truck & trailer at home OR Ability to park at a terminal
