Position: Warehouse Clerk

Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 / hourly

Location: Stockton, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday – Friday

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and versatile Warehouse Clerk to support daily operations at a small door installation and repair company. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity where team members wear multiple hats and assist across both office and warehouse functions.

The primary focus of this role is answering phones and scheduling service appointments , while also supporting general warehouse tasks as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone systems and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule and coordinate service calls and appointments
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with incoming deliveries and basic material handling
• Support warehouse operations as needed
• Operate a forklift on a limited basis (type to be determined)
• Maintain organization and assist wherever needed to support the team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or warehouse roles preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a small team environment
• Comfortable answering phones and coordinating schedules
• Basic warehouse experience is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus
